Clark Loves Pippen*

In the car.

Clark stood in the backseat looking out the window for 95% of the trip. At a couple of points he actually fell asleep standing up. His head would drop and his legs would wobble, but then he would pop back up pretending it didn't happen. Eventually he laid down and finally fell asleep... for a little while.

Uncle Bailey

It's strange that all the pictures I took of Clark and Bailey together this weekend show Bailey as a blur of motion. Mostly because Bailey spends a lot of time like this:

And Clark is a constant ball of furry energy.

Roadtrip!

We made it to and from PA without any problems! Woo hoo! Clark was great in the car, looking out the window until he literally fell asleep standing up (hilarious). Clark played well with Bailey, much better then the last time we saw him. A couple small scuffles over toys and bones, but no huge blow outs. We learned the power that a squirt bottle has over Clark and we're going to buy one today.

Pippen ball

This is Pippen's spot. About 1.3 seconds after getting out of bed she'll be curled up and fast asleep in the recently vacated warm spot. And she'll stay there all day.

We're leaving on Clark's first road trip today, so we know where Pippen will be all weekend. Look for Pictures from PA next week! And wish us luck.

Chewy

Night time is a great time to curl up with a big wet slimy rawhide bone.

Lobster

I bought this lobster because it looked so happy and fun. Now it just looks horrified. Eyes bulging, mouth open and ready to scream.

Dreary

It's a good day to sit and watch, but not the kind of day Clark likes to play outside.

Post Game

This is what a bummed out puppy looks like. This was the scene in our house last night after the game. Clark can't believe what happened. Sheli caught a lucky break with this one.

REVOLT!

Jealousy between the pets has been happening since the day Pippen wandered into our home, about 5 years ago. When we brought Clark home last summer the jealousy was brought to a whole new level. The cats have started asking questions. Their was an animal vote. The cats and Clark have reached a settlement. Clark stood his own and handled the negotiations well even with the vote being 2 to 1. The cats have spoken. And showed us their claws... Clark listened and pleaded his case. But he is a fair dog, so here is Cat Friday, look for Pippen's turn next week!

Scarred

This is a little reminder that Mojo gave Clark to remember who the boss is. A little scar right on the tip of his nose.
