Puppy on Ice

Watching Clark walk on top of the frozen snow is pretty hilarious. It's just like that scene from Bambi, when he can't get his footing. Or 101 Dalmatians when they walk along the "froze up creek".

Clark is loving the snow. This picture is from 7 o'clock Saturday morning. By the time it turned into sleet and freezing rain the snow was as deep as his legs.

He seems to be making a speedy recovery from his surgery. We are trying to keep him calm, but it has been tough. All he wants to do is run and play.

Snow Snow Snow

It snowed last night. A lot. This picture is mid-storm. Someone in this picture was having a terrific time in this winter wonderland. Someone else was not.

Clark is going in for his big surgery today. He hasn't been allowed any food or drink since after 10 last night. He is currently sitting at his food bowl crying and Chris and I both feel horrible. We leave for the vet in about a half hour.

Second Snow

This time with 100% more puppy prints!

This picture is from Friday night. Clark was a little more impressed with the snow this time... because he could eat it.

First Snow

Clark saw his first snowfall last night. It didn't turn out to be much, but it was enough that he could track puppy prints all over the floor... and isn't that what's really important?
